• MONEY MATTERS: Rates include departure cleaning. Call or check online for rates for specific dates.
Rates do not include taxes or reservation fee and are subject to change. Summer rentals are weekly, Saturday to
Saturday. For summer mini-vacations of less than a week, contact us within two weeks of arrival for availability
and rates. In the off season, most properties have a 2 night minimum. Minimum night requirements may vary
for holidays and special events.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a cash security deposit, a valid credit card authorization can be provided
upon arrival. Otherwise, a security deposit of $500 or more may be required. Charges will be applied to your
credit card or security deposit only if there are damages, excessive cleaning requirements, missing items, or
unpaid balances. Security deposits will be refunded within 30 days less any charges.
• CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: You may cancel or change your reservation at any time by calling or writing us. A
request to change properties and/or dates is considered the same as a cancellation. We recommend including Vacation
Insurance with your reservation (see page 61). Please visit www.NMBTrips.com for policy details.•
CHECK-IN begins at 3 PM at the office designated on your confirmation; however, accommodations are
not guaranteed ready by 3 PM. Keys will be provided when your rental is clean and ready. Check-in may
be delayed for maintenance or special cleaning. Please be aware that accommodations may not be ready
until after 3 PM.
• CHECK-OUT: All belongings must be removed and the property vacated by 10 AM.
• FURNISHINGS & EQUIPMENT: Accommodations are privately owned and furnished. We cannot make
changes. Most have full kitchens with refrigerator/freezer, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, range,
microwave oven, conventional oven, and sufficient wares for normal cooking and dining. Most have
washer & dryer or access to a common laundry room. Beds have pillows, mattress cover & bedspread.
Supplying linens, soaps, paper products, and cleaning supplies is the guests’ responsibility. Unless speci-
fied otherwise, bed & bath linens are provided only if ordered and added to your reservation.
If a non-working item is found, let us know. We will have it repaired as soon as possible. Rates are not
adjusted for failure of equipment or appliances, or inconvenience due to construction, road repairs, etc.
• CRIBS, HIGH CHAIRS, BEACH UMBRELLAS, ETC. are handled by outside vendors. For your beach equip-
ment or for baby furniture needs we recommend North Strand Beach Service (843-272-3259). Beach
chairs and umbrellas are also available (in-season) in North Myrtle Beach from the City at very reasonable
daily or weekly rates - conveniently set up & removed daily by the lifeguards. Arrange in advance online at

• HOUSEPARTIES, GROUPS, OCCUPANCY LIMITS: We do not rent to non-family groups unless all mem-
bers are 25 or older. Groups violating this restriction or exceeding occupancy limits will be denied occu-
pancy and/or evicted without refund.
• PET-FRIENDLY VACATIONS: A limited number of dog-friendly rentals are available. See page 53.
• DEPARTURE CLEANING is included. Prior to departure, you are required to (1) remove all items from the freezer
and refrigerator, (2) run the dishwasher and return items to their original places, (3) carry out all trash, and (4) close and
lock all windows and doors, leaving the property in a secure and orderly fashion. We will take care of the rest.
• LOCKED OUT? During business hours, drop by our office for another key. After hours, call and we will
send a locksmith but you will be responsible for payment to the locksmith for his services.
• KEYS/PHONES: Keys must be picked up from and returned to our office. There is a charge for lost or unreturned
keys, pool passes and pier passes so please be certain to return all before leaving. Landline telephones are not provided
in all properties. Any unpaid phone charges will be charged to your credit card or security deposit.
• PARKING: Parking of motorcycles, watercraft, trailered vehicles, high-rise vans, ATVs, and/or motor homes are
not permitted at some properties. A maximum of TWO parking passes are available per condominium unless noted
otherwise. Most homes have ample parking for three or more vehicles. Please call if you have questions.
