1st STEP - Call or email us with your dates, number of golfers and your
preferences for lodging, courses, and dates/times for play. Include several
alternate courses in case your primary selections have no suitable tee times
available. Email Golf@ThomasRealEstate.com.
$$$ - $100 per person deposit is due within 10 days of reserving with the balance due at least one month
prior to arrival - by check, VISA, Discover, American Express or MasterCard.
Note: Checks are not accepted inside 30 days of arrival.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE - 60 days notice to cancel (90 days for summer packages) required for refund
less $25 per golfer. Without required notice, payments are forfeited. Changes may incur a $25 service fee
per change (added to group leader’s package). Tee time changes within a week of play may have penalties.
CHECK-IN - Begins at 3PM. Call for late (after 5PM) arrangements. Keys cannot be distributed until your
accommodations are ready. CHECKOUT - is by 10AM. Even if you are golfing on your departure day, all
items must be removed and the property vacated by 10AM.
TEE TIMES - are arranged as close to your preferences as possible. For afternoon replays, tee times are in
high demand. Pre-booked tee times are recommended rather than attempting replay on availability.
GROUP LEADER’S RESPONSIBILITIES - Include collecting and remitting all payments and making all mem-
bers aware of applicable policies. Any damage to the property(s) or contents during the stay is the respon-
sibility and liability of the group leader. A credit card is required on file and will be charged for missing
items, damages, or unpaid bills (including phone calls).
GROUP COMPS - We offer a complimentary package or its equivalent (a 5% per person discount) for
groups of 20 or more, excluding cart fees. Travel agents may opt for the comp package, group discount,
OR standard agency commission.
SPECIAL PACKAGES (pages 56 & 57) may have restrictions and may change or expire without notice.
CUSTOM GOLF PACKAGES are what we do best. Are you planning to play double rounds every day or
would you prefer to play every other day instead? Not a problem... we can arrange your golf vacation to
suit your needs. Give our golf directors a call. We’ll take care of the details so you can relax, play and
enjoy your stay!
