RANGING IN SIZE FROM ONE TO TEN BEDROOMS, our vacation rentals are all
privately owned and furnished for comfortable vacation living. Each is air-conditioned
and has a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, range, oven, coffee maker,
refrigerator/freezer, toaster, and washer & dryer unless noted otherwise. Vacation properties
provide cookware, dinnerware and utensils for casual cooking and dining.

OUR RATES INCLUDE departure cleaning - no cleaning fee to add. Guests have the
option of bringing their own bed and bath linens or adding a convenient linen package
for their vacation rental. Linen rates and information can be found on page 26.
All Golf Packages with Thomas Beach Vacations include linens and departure cleaning.
CONDOMINIUM FEATURES may include outdoor and/or indoor swimming pools,
kids’ pools, hot tubs/saunas, fitness rooms, lazy rivers, and balconies overlooking the
beach and ocean. Choose vacation rental homes or villas with private or shared swimming
pools and hot tubs. All properties have one or more TVs and many provide additional
televisions for bedrooms, DVD players, iPod docks, stereos, and WIFI or other Internet
service. Some vacation properties have wide-screen or high-definition TVs, and surround
sound. All features may not be available in individual condos within a resort.

FAMILY GAME ROOMS with such fun features as foosball, pool tables, air hockey,
arcade games, PlayStations and X-Boxes are found in some of our larger homes and villas.
Sundecks, screened porches, porch swings, hammocks, boat docks & ramps, and gas or
charcoal grills for backyard cookouts are additional features that may be available.
ALL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE NON-SMOKING unless otherwise noted. Guests are
expected to honor the non-smoking designation in these properties to avoid extra clean-
ing fees and so future guests may also enjoy their stay in a smoke-free environment.
